This Project is About What?

This project is about securing the data of the user. like if at a place which is not the home of the user he will away from the keyboard and don't lock his machine then anyone around the machine can access the Machine.so with this we can secure the machine of the user.

Flow Diagram 

 

• As the above diagram, firstly when the user will log in his pic will be capture and send to particular mail id. If his machine is not connected to the internet then it will continuously run that portion of connecting to the internet run.

whenever someone login in the machine the admin will receive the mail like below with the photo of the person.

•  And after login, if the user wants to check the duplicate file then he will check it by the second module.

• And if the user wants to see who is done modification then he has to check the log and the log file contain the location of the pic of last logged in user and the location of modified files.

• And at last, if the user is away from the laptop and forgot to lock then he will remotely encrypt the data that is important.

Advantages:

• It helps to encrypt files that contain confidential information in a secure manner. 
• Admin gets a login alert whenever anyone login into the System.
• It prevents a phenomenon like Duplicate File.
